Message from Tyler...
"So awhile ago my friend Mike Galaxy (who places songs for TV and film at indyhits. com ) asked me if I could come up with a folk song for the Discovery Channel show "Deadliest Catch". I was already a huge fan of the show when he contacted me, so I was excited about the opportunity. I sat down that night after watching a couple episodes and wrote "Gamblers Off The North Pacific Shore". I recorded it the next day and sent it to Mike. He sent it to the show and they liked it and placed it in this weeks episode, "Mortal Men". If you haven't seen "Deadliest Catch" yet, it's a really cool show that documents fisherman off the coast of Alaska during the king crab and Opilio crab fishing seasons. I highly recommend it, those guys are the baddest of the bad."
